When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information after your package is shipped.

What is your return policy?

Due to the special nature of our products, all orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold. However, if you have any questions about your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Delivery Confirmation: Once the carrier marks the package as delivered to the address you provided, Slae Organics will no longer be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Lost Package: If your order is not marked as delivered but is lost in transit, we will resend it to you free of charge once. If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your neighbor, family member, or local post office. We will be happy to assist you in making a claim with the carrier.

Damaged Goods: If you receive damaged goods, please send us photos via email within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement.
